True Charity Community Initiative, Program Director
Beth Zinn is the Program Director for the True Charity Community Initiative and the CharityTracker program. Prior to joining the ELM Foundation, Beth served as the Membership Coordinator at South Huntsville Main Business Association and the Management Academy Program Director for Leadership Greater Huntsville. As an active volunteer in the Huntsville community over the past decade, Beth is excited to be a local champion for effective charity and has embraced the principles of the True Charity model. Beth is currently a sustaining member of the Junior League of Huntsville, after serving as its Executive Vice President in 2018-2019, and serves on the Board of Directors of the North Alabama Soccer Coalition. She is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville's Management Academy Class 8 and Focus Class 37 as well as a recipient of the Junior League of Huntsville's Karen Spearing Active of the Year Award. Originally from Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Beth is a graduate of The University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., 2002) and a magna cum laude graduate of The University of Alabama (B.A., 1997). She is married to Andrew Zinn, and they have three very active sons. They are members of Good Shepherd Catholic Church in South Huntsville. In her spare time, Beth enjoys watching her boys play sports, reading, traveling, and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
