After spending fifteen years as the owner of her own leadership consulting and training company, Jennie Robinson accepted the challenge of creating and running The ELM Foundation for John and Helen Nolan in 2012. She provides administrative support for ELM through JAHR2010 LLC and also serves as the Board Secretary. In addition to her professional activities in leadership development and non-profit management, Jennie is serving her second elected term on the Huntsville City Council and has also served three terms on the Board of Education for Huntsville City Schools. Jennie has served on numerous local and state boards including the Alabama Association of Non Profits, VOICES for Alabama’s Children, Leadership Greater Huntsville, and the Rotary Club of Greater Huntsville. She is a graduate of both Leadership Alabama and Leadership Greater Huntsville. She is a recipient of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Distinguished Leadership Award and the WEDC Foundation’s Women Honoring Women award. She is married to Dr. Michael Robinson and they are the parents of five children.
