Traci joined The ELM Foundation as the new Case Manager in August 2021. She provides intensive case management for ELM participants as they set goals and create development plans to become self-reliant. Traci most recently was the Director at a local Child Development Center after teaching Preschool for many years. She is active in her church including leadership positions, which has allowed her to work with women, children, and youth. She is a mother of 4 grown children and Mimi to 2 grandsons. Traci graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education from Brigham Young University.
