Sometimes, individuals who are doing their best need assistance overcoming barriers to self-sufficiency.

We value our partnership with

ELM's Little Miracles program makes intentional investments in highly motivated individuals through education and workforce development certifications, enabling them to successfully lead self-sufficient, service-oriented lives.

The ELM Foundation accepts referrals from social service agencies, clergy members, or community leaders.
A referral through CharityTracker or a completed and signed referral form is required.

How It Works...

Referral

The ELM Foundation only accepts referrals for potential participants from an established network of social service agencies, clergy members, or community leaders who are familiar with the individual and believe they are well-suited for the program.
A referral through CharityTracker or a completed, signed referral form is required to proceed with the process.
