ELM’s Little Miracles program makes intentional investments in highly motivated individuals so they can successfully overcome barriers and lead self-sufficient and service-oriented lives.
How It Works...

Referral
The ELM Foundation only accepts referrals for potential participants from an established network of social service agencies, clergy members, or community leaders who are familiar with the individual and believe they are well-suited for the program.
A referral through CharityTracker or a completed, signed referral form is required to proceed with the process.
