When clients become stuck in a crisis, community organizations risk entering a cycle of dependency with them.

Pathway_to_Sustainability.png

ELM's Pathway to Sustainability model is designed to improve organizational understanding of individual journeys and strategically direct impact through its mission, expertise, and experience. By fostering collaboration, we optimize resources to achieve maximum impact. This shift transforms the question from "What can we do to help you?" to "What can we do to help you now so you no longer need us?" This approach reflects our commitment to sustainable empowerment.
