Community organizations don’t always effectively collaborate with each other leading to duplication of services and reduced community impact.

Through ELM’s Community Connections’ online platform and meetings, organizations leverage resources.

So they can increase their impact, better serve their clients, and meet community needs.

Leadership Social Services is a community leadership development program for health and human services agency staff and board members. Class members will participate in leadership development experiences designed to build networks and create opportunities for cross-agency collaboration as they connect, communicate, and collaborate. Participants will gain expanded knowledge of our community, develop relationships and acquire skills in order to assume a more active and effective agency leadership role in addressing community needs.
ELM's Pathway to Sustainability takes the Community Connections Program to the next level by helping organizations and agencies understand an individual’s journey and intentionally focus organizational impact based on mission, expertise, and experience. Training on Pathway for boards and staff began in 2021.
